    As the President and Chief Operating Officer of multiple professional services and SaaS companies, Jay learned the skills required to scale a growth-stage business on a budget - sales & marketing strategy, product development, strategic partnerships, structuring legal contracts, and establishing an operational foundation. He has a demonstrated history of success in the professional services, financial services, and technology industries and is skilled in developing business strategy, leading high-performance teams, executing projects quickly and ​accurately, and optimizing processes.

    Jay holds a BS in Chemistry from Saint Louis University and an MS in Entrepreneurship from the University of Notre Dame.
